ResellHub provides tools for managing digital product sales: stock management, reseller networks, payment processing, and automation. What you sell is your business.
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under it. This includes any team members or resellers you invite. Keep your credentials safe.
ResellHub offers different plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Some plans include transaction fees on deposits, billed at the end of each billing cycle.
If transaction fees remain unpaid after multiple reminders, we may restrict access to your shop until the balance is settled.
We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
Don't attack our infrastructure. Don't attempt to compromise other users' accounts. Don't abuse the platform in ways that harm its stability.
We don't tolerate scammers. Shops with repeated reports of scams, defective products, or no customer support may be terminated without notice.
Attempting to evade a ban by creating new accounts will result in immediate termination.
You are solely responsible for the products you sell and how you run your business. ResellHub is a tool we don't monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for what you do with it.
If you manage a team, you are responsible for their actions on your shop.
Refund policies for products sold through your shop are your responsibility. ResellHub does not intervene in disputes between you and your customers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
ResellHub is provided as-is. We're not liable for any damages, lost profits, or issues arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
