Account information: email and name. If you link Discord, we store your Discord ID and username.

Device and security data: IP address, browser, operating system, and approximate location (country/city from IP). This helps us secure your account and detect suspicious activity.

Transaction history and usage data within the platform. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe. we never see or store them.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to operate the platform:

• Stripe, PayPal, and crypto payment providers for processing payments
• Discord for account linking and OAuth
• Resend for transactional emails
• Sentry for error monitoring (with personal data masked)

These services receive only the data necessary to perform their function.

What We Don't Do

• Share data with third parties for marketing
• Use tracking cookies or external analytics

Security

Sensitive data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use secure connections for all communications.

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. Security logs are retained for a limited period to investigate potential issues. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems.
